Top ten characters I just didn't click with

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by the lovely ladies at The Broke and the Bookish. Every Tuesday we share our top ten 'something' - whether it's a genre, subject or something entirely different. I love making lists which is why Top Ten Tuesday is the perfect meme for me! This Tuesday it's all about the characters we didn't click with. 

It was actually harder than I thought to find enough characters for this list. Some characters is just meh but there's not a lot I actually didn't like - or didn't click with. But here's my ten. 

Tally Youngblood from Uglies

Even though I've read the entire series I didn't like the characters - like any of them - but Tally was definitely my least favorite character in the series. She was too obsessed with becoming pretty and then changing her mind and betraying people way to often.

Jonathan Livingston Seagull

Oh god, I received this from a Danish publisher for review and I really didn't like it. The main character, Jonathan Livingston Seagull, was really not my cup of tea!

Alice Angel from The Beloved

I definitely didn't like Alice from The Beloved. She didn't think things through, she was so slow and she was so ignorant. The story wasn't that great either.

Lumikki Andersson from As Red As Blood

I was really looking forward to reading this but we don't really know anything about Lumikki and the way she acts put together with the things we do know made me dislike her. I really don't think she's a good character.

Alice from Side Effects May Vary

Another one I was really looking forward to where the main character ruined the book.. Alice was dying and then suddenly she finds out that she's going to live. But before getting that message she went on her personal spree righting wrongs. She's so mean, she doesn't think about consequences and she's treating everyone close to her so badly.

June and Day from Legend

No matter how many people tries to convince me I don't like the characters and I don't like the story. I really tried but I feel nothing for these characters.

Jam Gallahue from Belzhar

I absolutely loved the book in the beginning and I liked Jam, then the ending came and I saw how childish Jam is. Everything I liked about her got turned upside down and it ruined everything for me.

Sophie Klein from Pear Shaped

Sophie is one of those characters you're in a love/hate relationship with. She loves to cook but she also forgets every promise she makes herself and she's really just annoying.

Molly Barlow from 99 Days 

I had such a hard time with Molly! She's so incredibly indecisive and seeing her toying with the hearts of two boys made me quite angry.

Aspen from The Selection

I know some people really like him and hope that he ends up with America but I really didn't like him. Yes, in the beginning it was cute but he was so careless and he didn't really care about her feelings sometimes. He was a tad bit too possessive for my liking.
